The multi million pound development of Clee South Medical Centre, which extends over 900 square meters will be officially opened to the public in Spring 2013. The state of the art development will house a convenience store, pharmacy and two local GP practices and will treat in excess of 6000 patients a year. The new centre is the latest in a line of similar developments which are a part of the North East Lincolnshire Care Trust Plus estate strategy. The ten year strategy, which has seen numerous developments of medical centres within the North East Lincolnshire area, is now coming to an end with Clee South Medical Centre being one of the final developments of its kind. Over the last ten years Safecontrol has played a key part in these developments, having worked on every development.
Safecontrol submitted a successful tender for the works at Clee South Medical Centre, which included the provision of Category 6 structured cabling system, TV distribution system, public address system providing music and voice announcements and access control and audio/video door intercom system. Safecontrol worked closely with the developers and North East
Lincolnshire Care Trust Plus to ensure that the systems met the requirements of the Trust.
