Safecontrol was awarded a framework agreement to provide Network Data Services for Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust on the 1st January 2012.  The framework agreement extends over numerous sites supporting over 8,800 NHS staff across the Nottinghamshire and surrounding areas.  There is a broad spectrum of sites encompassing community, acute wards, two medium secure units and one high security unit.  The scope of the works extends from moves and changes, fault finding, network upgrades and new build commissions.

The tender award process not only took into consideration pricing and value for money, but also the contractors experience and credentials.  Emphasis was placed upon health and safety policy and procedures, resources, qualifications, financial standings of the organisation and recent contracts.
