One Humber Quays was the first refurbished development at  Humber Quays, Hull’s new waterfront and business district.  The award winning One Humber Quays is considered to be the most spectacular office setting in Hull extending over 25 000 square feet.

Safecontrol worked alongside C Spencer Limited, a leader in engineering solutions, for the complete refurbishment of the office block.  Safecontrol’s scope of work included the installation of Category 6 structured cabling, fibre optic cabling, TV distribution and a public address system providing coverage of the complete office block.
