One The Brayford is one of the most prestigious redevelopment projects in Lincoln, offering high end luxury living accommodation.   The £15 million waterfront development is in heart of Lincoln, on the edge of the Brayford Pool.

Developers Jackson and Jackson have transformed the previously outdated and disused former Mouchel building into 89 luxury apartments, restaurants and office/retail space.   The iconic building has sweeping waterside and city views and combines chic modern architecture.  One the Brayford is rumoured to become the City’s premium address.

Safecontrol were enlisted to provide a number of systems including network cabling, TV distribution and intercom systems.    The brief was to provide modern and state of the art systems that were suited to the high-end luxury market that the apartments befitted.  Category 6 network cabling was installed throughout the building.  TV distribution cabling was installed to various rooms in each apartment to a communal dish and aerial array.  The system allowed Sky Plus capabilities throughout.  The intercom system, incorporated a concierge facility was installed in each apartment, allowing added security to the building.
