Saltbrook Place is the flagship development for Midland Heart, one of the leading housing organisations based in the West Midlands.  The £5.7 million development was designed to support the borough’s homeless population.  The 58 bed supported accommodation includes single rooms, apartments, communal dining and lounge areas, training kitchen, gym and meeting rooms.

Safecontrol’s scope of works included audio visual and music system installations.  An audio system comprising of ceiling mounted speakers, amplifier and tuner, CD and MP3 module was installed  to provide coverage within the reception and entrance areas.  Within the meeting room areas Hitachi interactive whiteboards and projectors, screens and loud speakers were installed to provide a complete audio visual package.
