Health and safety is at the forefront of all our activities. We strive to maintain our excellent health and safety standards through regular training and updated policies and procedures.

We provide our staff with comprehensive training in line with legislation and industry standards. Our two NEBOSH qualified staff are responsible for the day to day aspects of health and safety, whilst we provide our site based Engineers with the following training:

CSCS – 100% site based Engineers
IPAF – Powered Access Licence
Asbestos Awareness – 100% site based Engineers
PASMA – Tower Scaffolding
Safe Working at Heights
Utility SHEA (Gas) Passport
First Aid.
All site based Engineer’s are Enhanced CRB checked.

We provide comprehensive health and safety documentation including:

Risk assessments and method statements
Safe systems of work
COSHH assessments where required
Site audits
Construction phase plans
All documentation required under the CDM Regulations.

Additionally we are familiar with acting as duty holders under the CDM regulations.
