Sited on the former Mouchel Building, One The Brayford is set to be Lincoln's premium address. The £20 million redevelopment, by Jackson and Jackson Developments, will see the former office building transformed into 89 state of the art, luxury apartments and three restaurants. The existing building will be extended with an additional two floors and will incorporate an impressive glass box roof. The development takes inspiration from the Tate Modern in London and will offer architectural enhancement to Lincoln.

Safecontrol commenced work on site last week, first fixing various systems. Safecontrol are responsible for structured and telephone cabling systems, IRS TV and concierge intercom. The development is due to complete in Autumn 2017.
